Caribbean Resorts & Hotels that offer on-site Covid 19 testing prior to departure.
In a bid to make it as comfortable and easy as possible for the guests, many Caribbean Hotels and Resorts launched an on-site testing, and a special quarantine program. This was done after the CDC put out a mandate for all inbound U.S. travelers that requires a negative Covid 19 test result before boarding the plane.

All Marriott International properties in the Caribbean (minus Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands) provide testing for their guests, cost and testing sites differ by location, some are on-site, others are off-site (transportation is provided)
Melia Resorts;
Melia offers on-site, free antigen tests, in addition to the tests they offer free travel insurance with all reservations. The insurance includes medical coverage and a complementary extension up to 15 days for the hotel stay. The offer is for following properties in the Dominican Republic:
Sandals Resorts;Sandals offers free antigen testing through March 31
AM Resorts;
AM Resorts offers on -property antigen testing and also offers free extended quarantine stay coverage for all guests.

Hyatt;
Up to 2 persons per room get complementary antigen tests trough May 31. If a guest tests positive they can stay for up to 2 weeks at 50% of the standard rate (Except in Ziva & Zilara properties).
Playa Hotels and Resorts;
Offering complementary antigen tests through April 30 in all resorts and hotels.
Karisma Hotels and Resorts;
Offers free antigen testing in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. If a guest tests positive Karisma will cover up to 14 days quarantine accommodations.
Punta Cana resort, Azul Beach Negril
La Coleccion Resorts;
Free antigen testing at all beach resorts con be scheduled with the concierge 36 hours prior to departure. If test comes back positive they offer a quarantine stay at $10 per person per night.
Bahia Principe Hotels and Resorts;
If staying a minimum of 3 night each guest is offered an antigen test for free in the Dominican and Jamaican properties. Test must be scheduled at arrival.
Comfort Suites Paradise Island, Graycliff hotel;
On-site, complementary antigen tests are offered at the Comfort Suites. and Graycliff Hotel
Turks & Caicos Collection;
Testing is provided at a cost of $60 and is done at the Alexandra Resort, free transportation is provided if you stay at the Beach House. On the private Island resort Ambergris the testing is done by the island's nurse.
Sint Maarten;
Testing is offered at the Simpson Bay Resort Marina & Spa, apart from their own guest the provide them for guests staying at the Atrium, Flamingo, La Vista and Royal Palm resort.
Round Hill Hotel and Villas Montego Bay;
On-site antigen ($100) and PCR tests ($200) are offered at the Round Hill Hotel and Villas
Hotels & Resorts in Aruba;
The Hilton Caribbean Resort & Casino offers on-site testing, Antigen test is $50 and PCR test $125. The Bucuti & Tara Beach resort and the Mancheto Beach resort offer PCR testing at a cost of $100. The DIVI & Tamarijn All inclusives offer antigen tests for $50 and PCR tests for $125
The Palms and The Shore Club Turks & Caicos,
Both The Palms and The Shore club offer complementary tests for all guests. Guests staying at The Sands can get tested in The Palms for $25, non-guests can get tested for $50 on appointment.
Como Parrot Cay Turks and Caicos;
Free antigen, on-site tests are offered to the guests of the Parrot Cay by Como.
Seven Stars Resort Turks & Caicos
Complimentary in-room antigen testing is offered at the Seven Stars Resort
Ocean Club Resorts Turks & Caicos;
On-site testing at a cost of $185 is available
Beach Enclave Resorts Turks & Caicos;
All 3 properties offer complimentary on-site testing
Amanyara and Amanera:
offer antigen tests for $220 (Dominican and Turks & Caicos) and in the Dominican also PCR test at a cost of $275.
Mandarin Oriental Canouan St Vincent;
Provide a test at arrival and a test before departure at a cost of $300.
Serenada Resort Punta Cana;
Offers the antigen test for $50
Palladium Hotel Group;
Offers free, on-site antigen tests for all guests travelling to the U.S from all properties in Jamaica and Dominican Republic
Hermitage Bay Antigua;
On-site PCR tests are available for $250
Casa de Campo Dominican Rep.;
At Casa De Campo Resort & Villas you can get a PCR test for $150, or if you have symptoms of covid the government insurance covers the cost.
Iberostar Hotels and Resorts;
All properties in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica offer free, on-site antigen tests
Eden Roc Cap Cana;
Complementary antigen and PCR tests are offered at Eden Roc.
The Ocean Club By Four Seasons Bahamas
Antigen tests are offered for $25 and PCR tests cost $120 at The Ocean Club
Curtain Bluff Antigua;
Both PCR and antigen tests are offered for $250.

Couples resorts in Jamaica is offering free, on-site rapid antigen tests.
Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas;
Offers free rapid antigen tests for clients of all ages staying at Atlantis Paradise Island
Saint Lucia;
All Bay Garden properties, Anse Chastenet, Calabash Cove Resort, Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel, Coconut Bay, Cap Maison Resort, Ladera Resort, Jade Mountain, Marigot Bay Resort, Sandals, Serenity, Sugar Beach, Stonefield Villa Resort, and Ti Kay resort all offer complementary rapid antigen tests.

Offers complementary antigen testing at their resorts in Jamaica, Dominican Republic. In St Lucia and Antigua the tests are available at a cost of $150 to $200
